The SML721 is an innovative member of Ibanez's Axe Design Lab and is designed from the bottom up for clear tone, powerful performance, and easy playing. The ergonomic nyatoh body of the SML721 is small and light, and it resonates with a rich low-mid emphasis that is a perfect match for high-gain applications. The SML721's distinctive multi-scale fanned fret rosewood fingerboard and Ibanez's high-performance Wizard neck shape are ideal for smooth upper-fret riffs, but they also have a conventional feel below the fifth fret that makes chords and rhythm playing simple and comfortable. Two special Q58 pickups that were created for ultra-clear articulation and deep versatility and enhanced by Ibanez's renowned dyna-MIX10 switching system power the performance. Additionally, this instrument has high-end gear that improves performance, such as Ibanez's Mono-Rail bridge, Gotoh locking tuners, and Jascar EVO gold frets. At Sky Music we are committed in offering the best prices in Australia. That is why on top of our Best Price Guarantee, we offer free shipping on most orders over $199.
Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge:
- Large and Heavy items (Large Amps and Cabinets, Pianos, Drum Kits)
- Delivery to Remote/ Rural Areas
Customers outside of Australian Metro areas please be advised that we cannot offer free shipping on bulky items to certain rural areas.
If this applies to your order we will be in contact ASAP after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping cost after checkout or orders being refunded and cancelled due to our usual courier services being unable to service certain rural areas.

- Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 business days and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within Australia. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return please provide the requested information in the "Returns & Exchanges Form". We will get back to you as possible with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the return as a refund, exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.
- 30-Day Returns Policy
Here at Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new product for any reason you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please see the full policy for conditions, exemptions and procedures. For metro-Melbourne orders we charge a flat rate of $18 for change of mind swaps and exchanges & returns and staff will advise for interstate, rural and Victorian areas outside of the metro-Melbourne area.
